400 Meter run
Then
3 Rounds of
10 Air squats
10 Ring Rows
10 Push ups

WOD

A.
Four sets of:
Dumbbell or Barbell Push Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 45-60 seconds
Farmer’s Carry x 100 Meters (KB or DB)
Rest 45-60 seconds

B.
Two sets for max reps:
400 Meter run/ sprint
Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes of Burpees
Rest 2 minutes
2 minutes of Push-Ups
