Squats are good for the body. Perform a variety of them: body weight, barbell, goblet, dumbbells, bands, wide, narrow, box etc.
Take 10-15 minutes to work up to a 1RM on each exercise.
Begin with 15 minutes to work up to a heavy 1RM back Squat. Record your 1 rep and then move on to the next exercise and repeat the process.
Back squat, 1 rep
Shoulder press, 1 rep
Deadlift, 1 rep
