A. Goblet Squat x 8-10 reps @ 3011
Rest 45 seconds
Single-Arm Dumbbell Row x 8-10 reps each arm @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds
Bilateral Hip Bridge x 10-12 reps @ 2011
Rest 45 seconds

B. Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Push-Ups
15 Sit-Ups
200 Meter Run
