Warm-up

10 minutes of Agility Ladder Drills

 

A.

6 Rounds of Cindy for time:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push ups

15 Air Squats

Time Cap: 10 minutes

 

Then….

 

B.

30-20-10-5 reps for time of:
Box jumps (24/20″)
Sit-ups

Time Cap: 15 minutes

  • Select a box height that allows you to keep a continuous pace. Stepping down or jumping down is acceptable.
  • If unable to jump to the recommended box, reduce the height. If you’re unable to jump, step up instead. Aim to complete the rounds of 30 and 20 reps in 3 sets or less.
