WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
8 Rounds of
3 Burpee broad jumps (Land in a squat after jump)
3 Strict Toes w bar
3 Deadlifts (Warm-up to weight)

WOD

4 rounds for time of:
45-second L-sit hold ( Sub – Plank hold or L-sit hang)
30 Deadlifts (135/ 95 #)
15 handstand push-ups ( Sub – Shoulder press, Athlete picks weight)
