DYNAMIC WARM UP

400 Meter Run

Then…

3 Rds of:

“Cindy”
5 Pull ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats

Note: Not for time. Perform some good to perfect form on all movements.

 

WOD

“Bring Sally Down, Bring Sally Up”
(135/95 #) Down when it says down, up when it says up. Enjoy.

*These are about 30 pause back squats scale appropriately…remember check yourself before you wreck yourself.
