400 Meter run
Then
8 Rounds of
1 Burpee broad jump
2 Knee jumps
3 Inch worms

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
10 Burpee box jumps (20″/ 16″)
10 Squat cleans (155/ 115 #)

*Scale if need be.
