5 Minute Jump rope practice
Then
3 Rounds of
4 Walking Lunges
4 Inch worm push ups
4 Pull-ups

*Practice those double unders

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:
15 Double unders (45 Singles)
15 KB Swings (53/ 35 #)
20 walking lunges
