Great job yesterday guys. “Cindy” was a success and she is definitely a tough WOD. Here is yesterdays WOD board. We will revisit this WOD in about 15-20 days to see how being on Paleo has improved your performance.

15 Sit-ups

In teams of 3 you must complete

1 Suicide
2 Bear Crawl Laps
