Great Job yesterday everybody! Everybody had fun and we some good laughs watching everybody do some fast bear crawls.

Today we are going to practice some clean and jerks for saturdays Beasts for Breasts event. We are going over technique, technique and more technique. We want you guys to get better at olympic lifting and this is done by working technique.

You can increase the weight after every set, but the important teaching point during this WOD is technique. I want near perfect technique. We are going to spend about 15 minutes teaching the Clean then about 15 minutes teaching the Jerk. Be ready to listen and learn. OUUSS!
