100 Meter run
5 Pull-ups
5 Push ups
5 Sit-ups
5 Air squats

WOD

For time:
Run 200 meters
30 pull-ups
Run 200 meters
30 push-ups
Run 200 meters
30 sit-ups
Run 200 meters
30 squats

*If it rains we will do 50 Double unders (100 Singles) for every 200 meter run.
