10/5: Share the love

As most of you know by now we are starting a 30 Day Paleo Diet Challenge on October 14th. Today October 5th is the LAST DAY to sign up on the white board if you would like to join. We are still thinking of the prizes, but we will come up with some good ones soon. We know you guys are thinking “Oh my God, I can’t do this!….I can’t live without rice/ bread/ pasta/ yogurt/ milk/ sugar…etc.”

All We are going to tell you is step out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself to live a healthier fitter lifestyle.

October 8 we will have a paleo lecture at 6:00 PM for all the challengers. This lecture is to help inform you guys on what you should eat, not eat, tips and other information you would like to know.

STRENGTH

5-3-1 Week 2
Back Squat
3 Reps @ 70%
3 Reps @ 80%
3 + Reps @ 90%

The percentages are based of your training max. The training max is 90% of your 1-Rep Max then the working set percentages, which are the 70%, 80% and 90%, are based off your training max. If you do not know your 1-Rep Max then you will just go as Heaviest possible.

In teams of 2 you must complete:

Cash in
50 Double Unders while one partner holds a wall sit

20 Wall Climbs
40 Burpees
60 Box Jumps (24″/20″)
80 Walking Lunges
100 Wall Balls (20/14)

Cash out
50 Double Unders while one partner holds a wall sit
