ATTENTION!!!

Friday will be the last day to sign up for the 60 day paleo challenge. MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR NAME ON THE BOARD. We have some great prizes for the male and female winners.

There will be no WOD on friday, but we will have the paleo lecture that day at 5:15 PM. We will spend an Hour to 1 Hour and a half talking about the rules and guidelines, WOD performance test, and any other information the competitors need to know about the challenge.

60 DAY PALEO CHALLENGE STARTS MONDAY JANUARY 14th, 2013.

 

WARM UP

2  X  200 Meter run/ jog

Then…

3 Rounds not for time:
6 knee jumps
8 Inch worms no push up
10 sit ups

WOD

Every minute on the minute (E.M.O.M) for 5 Minutes:

10 Weighted Sit ups (20# / 10#)

* Use Dumbbells to hold your feet down so you are able to perform the sit ups*

Every minute on the minute (E.M.O.M) for 5 Minutes:

10 V-Ups

Every minute on the minute (E.M.O.M) for 5 Minutes:

10 Box Jumps (24″ / 20″)
