Front rack mobility

Front Squat practice

Pull-up practice

WOD

9-7-5 reps for time of:
Front squats (185/ 135 #, Bar starts from the floor, but if we have enough racks you can’t take it from the rack as well)
Chest 2 Bar pull-ups

*Scale as needed.
