11/19: Thanksgiving Week

Hope everyone had fun at the Happy Hour! Thursday will be Thanksgiving. There will be no class that day. For those of you who are interested, we will be participating in the Turkey Trott which will be taking place Thanksgiving Day. Details for the Turkey Trott will be announced tomorrow.

* Scale DU to 20 air squats
