Single Arm Dumb-Bell Row x 8-10 reps @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds
Kettlebell Swings x 20-25 reps
Rest 45 seconds
*You can use a Kettlebell for the Single Arm Dumb-Bell Row 

B. Four rounds for time of:

25/15 Push-Ups
200 Meter Run
