Pull-Ups

Then….

400m run with partner

3 rounds
30- partner facing burpees (split reps)
30′ wheel barrow walk (each person)

2 rounds
20- wallball (each person)
20- KB swings (each person)

1 round
10- Towel Pull-ups (each person)   OR   10 – Rope climbs (split reps. only if you can climb the rope safely)
10- laps around the gym carrying plate overhead
