Thanksgiving week schedule

Monday: 6 AM | 5:15 PM | 6:15 PM (Regular & On-ramp Class)

Tuesday: 6 AM | 5:15 PM | 6:15 PM (Regular & On-ramp Class)

Wednesday : 6 AM | 5:15 PM | 6:15 PM (Regular & On-ramp Class)

Thursday : Box Closed. Meet us at the Turkey Trot

Friday : 6 AM | 5:15 PM | 6:15 PM (Regular Class Only)

Saturday : 7:30 AM Only

*Open Gym: 7 – 8:30 AM | 12 – 1 PM except for Thursday due to the holiday. Be aware this schedule is subject to change due to availability of trainers. Thank you for you understanding.

WARM-UP

5 Minute jump rope practice
Then
4 Rounds of
4 Kick up to Handstands (Against the wall)
4 Toes to bar
4 Burpees

WOD

2 Rounds for time of:

50 Double Unders
40 Air Squats
30 Push ups
20 Pull-ups
10 Toes 2 bar
