Thursday : Box Closed. Meet us at the Turkey Trot
Friday : 6 AM | 5:15 PM | 6:15 PM (Regular Class Only)
Saturday : 7:30 AM Only
*Open Gym: 7 – 8:30 AM | 12 – 1 PM except for Thursday due to the holiday. Be aware this schedule is subject to change due to availability of trainers. Thank you for you understanding.
