!!ATTENTION!! –
GetFitCNMI will be closed due to the big move into the new box. Operations at the new gym will be on December 2nd. The schedule for December 2nd – December 7th will be:

Monday – Friday: 730AM, 12PM – 1PM Open Gym, 515PM, & 615pm

Monday – Thursday: 715PM, On-Ramp Class / Open Gym
 *Open Gym – there will be no structured class (dynamic warm up, strength, WOD), however there will be a coach on duty to supervise while any member can work on a specific lift, or simply do their own WOD. Rule of thumb: Safety First.

Tuesday & Thursday ONLY: 6AM
*sorry 6amers, we will be incorporating 6AM Monday – Friday once one of our trainers returns from a trip…

Saturday: 730AM & 10AM ONLY

Here is another WOD you can hit at home…

WOD

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 sets of sit-ups and a 100 meter sprint between each set
*if you don’t know how far a 100m is, just try to use a landmark as a reference to sprint 50 meters back and fourth (i.e. to the cooconut tree and back!)
