Class times forMonday will be at 12 pm, 5 pm, 6 pm, and 7 pm.
6, two minute rounds with 30 second rest in between each round.
200 meter run then butterfly situps for the remainder of the two minutes. (on rounds 1, 3, and 5).
200 meter run then hand release burpees for the remainder of the two minutes. (on rounds 2, 4, and 6).
Score will be based on total number of butterfly situps, and total number of hand release burpees.
