WOD

For every 2 minutes for 20 mins perform:

3 Bear Complexes. (Athletes choose weight)

1 Bear Complex = 1 Deadlift, 1 Hang power clean, 1 Front squat, 1 Jerk/press, 1 Back squat, 1 Jerk/press.

**Movements must be performed separately. You CAN’T string movements together (i.e. hang squat clean does not count as a hang power and front squat).
