Interested members we are starting our on-ramp/ beginners program for December this week. If you are interested please show up 5-10 minutes before 6:15 PM class to fill out the waiver then meet and greet.

10 Front squats (165/ 115 #)
10 Chest to bars (Scale: 15 Pull-ups/ 20 Ring rows)

*Weight starts from the ground for the front squat.
