5 Minute jump rope practice
Then
3 Rounds of
6 Pull-ups
6 Wall balls
6 Sit-ups

WOD

Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
20 back squats (95/ 75 #, Weight starts from the ground)
30 double-unders (90 Singles)
