6 PVC Overhead squats
5 Inch worm push ups

WOD

For time:
Run 800 Meters
15 Squat Snatches (75/ 55 #)
Run 400 Meters
10 Squat Snatches (75/ 55 #)
Run 200 Meters
5 Squat Snatches (75/55 #)

*If you can’t do squat snatches try and switch it up to Overhead squats.
