!!!Paleo Challenge After Party & GetFitCNMI Member Appreciation Party!!!

The coaches of GetFitCNMI would like to invite the ENTIRE GetFitCNMI community to a lunch @ laolao Bay on December 21, 10AM-4:30PM. Please bring a dish because it will be potluck style so we can try all sorts of foods! Creativity will be appreciated 🙂 Beer will be B-Y-O-B (bring your own beer). I will provide a huge cooler to store all your drinks and what not. Lets all come down and have a great time! ALSO!! BRING YOUR SNORKEL GEAR AND BOOTIES. For those of you who CAN SWIM, I can take you on a snorkel tour before or after lunch. SEE YOU ALL THERE! If you plan to bring something to bbq, please message me in advance so we can coordinate when we should start bbqing.

Team category: Teams must comprise of five runners, with at least one runner over the age of 50, a female, or youth under 16.

A. Four sets of:
Overhead Squat x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
Ring Rows x 10-12 reps @ 2111
Rest 45 seconds
Suitcase Carry x 100 feet each arm
Rest 45 seconds

B. Three sets for max reps of:
60 seconds of Toes to Bar
60 seconds of Ground to Overhead
60 seconds of Floor Sprints
Rest 60 seconds between sets
