There will only be 2 classes.

9:00 AM

5:15 PM

There will be NO 6:15 PM and 7:15 PM class.

Back to the regular schedule.

 

WARM UP

2 Rounds not for time:

100 M run
8 Slow air squats
6 Sit ups
4 Inch worm push ups

Then…

Tabata Planks

 

WOD

3 Rounds for time:

50 Walking lunges (Each step = 1 rep)
40 Sit ups
30 Push ups
20 flutter kicks (4 count = 1 rep)
10 Pistols (Alternate each leg equals 1 rep)
