1/24: Push Jerk

Great work today, everyone! Keep up the great work…

Remember, if you find yourself being sore the next day, always stretch out your muscles outside of the gym. AND always stay HYDRATED! If its yellow, that obviously means your not hydrated. Clear is where you wanna be at:D

WOD: AMRAP for 3 minutes
7 Jerks
7 KB Swings

Rest 1 minute… Repeat for a total of 5 rounds.

The goal here is to stay consistent.
