In eight sets or less, build to a heavy Jerk

* Take it out of the rack. If you can’t re-rack it on to your shoulders safely after your lift just dump it and re-rack it to the rack.

For Max Reps:
3 Minutes of Box Jumps (24″/18″)
1 Minute of Rest
3 Minutes of Kettlebell Swings (53/35 #)
1 Minute of Rest
3 Minutes of Thrusters (115/85 #)
