5 Minute jump rope practice
Then
5 Rounds of
3 Strict pull-ups
4 Spider-Man’s
5 Shoulder pass throughs

WOD

20 Minute EMOM of:

Odd Minutes: 5 Power Cleans (Choose weight)
Even Minutes: 10 Burpees

*Increase or decrease reps on the burpees depending on the difficulty level
