Rest 90 Seconds then move to and perform 1b

Bent over rows
5  X  7
Rest 90 Seconds then move back to and perform 1a

For time:

400 Meter sprint

Then straight into

50 – 40 – 30 – 20 – 10 Reps of

Double unders (Sub with times 2 of Singles or back and forth jumps over a PVC pipe)
Sit ups
