Went from 191.8 – 175.2, 16.6 pounds lost

How was the Paleo Challenge?
It was awesome! At first it was hard but once I got into the rhythm of it, it was actually really good! 

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Bread… I love to eat bread! Wanting a sandwich or chips and stuff was pretty difficult. The hardest thing was finding creative ways to get those flavors from the foods that I really craved. 

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
The easiest thing was actually sticking to the diet and not cheat at all! My partner and I actually didn’t use any cheat meals!

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
BE CREATIVE WITH YOUR MEALS! The best meals that i’ve eaten in the past year in my life were in this past month during the 30-day Paleo Challenge. We just figured out ways to have delicious tasting food instead of just settling for the “go-to” paleo food items like walnuts. I like food too much and I like the taste of food too much and so we got really creative and did alot of the recipeies we found online. 

Favorite Paleo Meal?
Mediterranean Mahi Mahi filet with olives, artichoke hearts, & pine nuts.

Went from 181.4 – 166.6, a total of  14.8 pounds lost

How was the Paleo Challenge?
The overall experience of the Paleo challenge was great! Combining my diet with consistent exercise at GetFitCNMI has made me feel much lighter and much stronger when I work out. 

What was the hardest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Probably not having any sugar in my coffee every morning! I have gotten used to drinking black coffee.

What was the easiest thing about the Paleo Challenge?
Sticking to the diet and committing to the Paleo Diet. I have learned to enjoy eating more vegetables and fruit in my daily meals. 

Any tips for future Paleo Challengers?
Just do it! And focus on your goals that you set for yourself. You have to want it. But to be honest, I wasn’t really in it to win it. I wanted to try something different and to challenge myself in a different way. 

Favorite Paleo Meal?
Scrambled eggs with mixed vegetables, and hard boiled eggs with lemon and cayenne pepper!
