A.

10 Min EMOM of:
5 Burpees

* Get warm for the first 3-4 rounds. Then for the last 6-7 rounds go as fast as possible on those burpees.

B.

3 Rounds for time:

2 Rounds of “Cindy”
10 Clean and jerks (135/ 95#)

*Cindy = 5 Pull-ups, 10 Push ups, 15 Air squats
