Four sets of:
KB Box Squats x 10 reps
Rest 90 seconds
Pendlay Rows x 4-6 reps
Rest 90 seconds

B.
For time:
Run 800 Meters (4 Laps)

20 Push-Ups
30 Overhead Squat (115/75 lbs)
40 Jumping Pull-Ups
50 Double-Unders
