450m run
then…
8 toes to bar
8 pass throughs
8 spider-mans

A.
Four sets of:
Shoulder Press x 6-8 reps (Barbell or Dumbbell)
Rest 45 seconds
Plank from Elbows x 45 seconds
Rest 45 seconds

B.
In teams of two, with only one team member working at any time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 15 minutes of:
Sit-Ups x 15 reps
10 Burpees
