WOD: “Fight Gone Bad”
In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We will perform 3 – 5 rounds. The Stations are:

Wall Ball Shots (20#’s @ 10′)
Sumo Deadlift High Pull (75#)
Box Jumps (20″)
Push Press (75#)
Rows (1 calorie = 1 rep)
