400 Meter run
Then…
For time:
“light isabelle”
30 Snatches (75/ 45#)

B.

For 20 Minutes:

Min 1 – 12 Cal Row/ 100 Meter run / 12 Burpees (Switch off on each movement)
Min 2 – 7 Wall Balls
Min 3 – same as min 1
Min 4 – same as min 2
…. you get how this goes.
