Sweet Potato Mash
This sounds good with a veggie omelet and some fruit mmm nom nom nom.
6 medium sweet potatoes, baked until soft and skinned
1/4 cup coconut milk
1 Tablespoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cloves
Mash everything together in a bowl and serve! Easy and delish!

CLASS SCHEDULE: 8:00 AM & 6:00 PM.

CROSSFIT OPEN COMPETITORS: We will be performing & filming the open WOD 12.2 tomorrow from 4 – 5:30 PM. BRING YOUR A GAME!!! OUSSSS!!!!

ATTENTION: The 5 PM and 6 PM Class will be combined due to the crossfit games open competitors performing open wod 12.2. Please come out early so you can watch & support Joey “Tenacious” Tudela, Tim “Quan-tastic” Quan, Pat “The Pulverizer” Demapan & Sol “Slayer” Tenorio.

WOD:
Teams will consist of 3-4 people. If there are more people more stations will be added on.
12 min AMRAP of:
8 V-ups
12 KB swings (Rx: 54/ 35 lbs)
16 Double Unders ( x 3 singles)
