6 spidermans
7 squats

WOD 

3 – 5 sets, not for time, of:

Walking Lunges with DBs or KBs x 20 steps (use the heaviest DBs/ KBs you can handle )
Rest as needed
Side Plank Hold x 30-45 seconds each side
Rest as needed
