400 Meter run
Then…
10 Squats
5 Inch Worm Pushups
4x

WOD

3 – 5 sets not for time of:

Back Squats x 3 – 5 reps
Rest as needed
Strict Pull-ups x 3 – 5 reps (Do Strict Chest 2 bar Pull-ups if you are proficient in regular pull-ups
Rest as needed
Plank holds x 30 – 60 sec (Put a weighted plate on your back if you can)
Rest as needed
