Warm up

400 Meter run
Then…
5 rds of
6 Push ups
8 Walking lunges
10 Pass throughs

WOD

4 sets not for time of:
Kettlebell Swings x 15-20 reps H.A.P
Rest as needed
Weighted Step-Ups x 8-10 reps each leg H.A.P (You can use DB’s, KB’s, or a barbell for the weight)
Rest as needed
Wall Climbs x 3-5 reps
Rest as needed

*H.A.P – Heavy as possible.
