400 Meter run
Then
5 Rds of

WOD

3 rounds for time of:
Thrusters x 10 reps
Kettlebell Swings x 15 reps
Pull-Ups x 20 reps (scale to Jumping Pull-ups if you can’t do RX, then ring rows if you can’t do jumping)
