3 sets not for time of:
Deadlift x 6-8 reps H.A.P
Rest as needed
Bench Press x 6-8 reps H.A.P
Rest as needed
Jump Rope Practice x 45-60 seconds
Rest as needed

*H.A.P – Heavy As Possible
