400 Meter run
Then
3 Rds of
“Cindy”

WOD

3 – 5 Sets not for time of:

2-3 Front Squats H.A.P
Rest as needed
5-10 Strict Pull-ups
Rest as needed
30-60 Sec Plank hold from elbows or hands (Do weighted if possible)

*H.A.P – Heavy As Possible

    In between FSs:
    10 strict pull ups
    60 sec plank holds
