Tomorrow, we will begin having a 7PM class. So for those of you who work late, please feel free to drop into the 7PM class. 5PM and 6PM classes will still be held as usual…

Were growing as a gym but most importantly, A COMMUNITY!! Make sure we all cheer each other on and and give those who need it that “extra push” to finish HARD! Remember!! LEAVE IT ALL ON THE TABLE!!
