400 Meter run
Then
3 Rounds of
15 Air Squats
10 Push ups
5 Pull-ups

WOD

4 Sets not for time of:

6 – 8 Reps Deadlifts
Rest as needed
8-10 Reps Bench Press
Rest as needed
10 Reps each leg of Weighted Step-ups
Rest as needed

    It’s been too long since I’ve done some bench work.
