10 Dynamic Toe Touches
20 Jump Rope Singles

A.
Three sets of:
Front Racked Reverse Lunges x 10 reps each leg
Rest 60 seconds
Strict Pull-Ups x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds

B.
Three rounds for time of:
10 Clean and jerks (95/65 #)
10 Burpees over the bar
