Warm up
10 Minute self warm up/ mobility

A.
Four sets of:
Deadlift x 6-8 reps
Rest 45 seconds
3-5 Wall Climbs/ kick up to handstand (If you can’t wall climb)
Rest 45 seconds

B.
Every minute, on the minute, for 16 minutes:
Even minutes – 10 Kettlebell Swings
Odd minutes – 10 Burpees
