400 Meter run
Then
10 Minute EMOM of
Even Min – 5 Burps
Odd Min – 10 Air Squats

WOD

Four sets of:
Deadlift x 3 – 5 reps
Rest as needed
Shoulder Press x 3 – 5 reps
Rest as needed
Lateral Squat x 8-10 reps each leg
Rest as needed
