WARM-UP

400 Meter run
Then
3 Rounds of
“Cindy”

WOD

For time:
300 Meter run (1 lap around the box + around the chain link fence then into the shortcut then back into the gym)
30 Burpees
30 Toes to Bar
30 Step Walking Lunges with 45/25 lb. Plate Overhead
